Ingredients
2tablespoonsfresh lime juice
1cupfresh or frozen pineapple chunks
1cupfrozen mango pieces
¼cupcoconut water
1cupice cubes
4ouncesrumoptional

Sugar or salt
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Too thick? Add a little more coconut water or lime juice. Too thin? Add more frozen fruit or ice cubes.
Rim the glasses by cutting a wedge from a lime and rub it all along the rim of the glass.
Add sugar to a shallow bowl and place the glass upside down in the bowl so the sugar sticks to the lime juice on the rim.
Pour the mocktail into a glass and garnish with a lime slice, pineapple wedge or umbrella – enjoy!
Wanting to turn this mocktail into a cocktail? Add the rum to the blender at the same time as the other ingredients.
Notes
Coconut water can be substituted with juice or water.To turn this into a cocktail, add 4 ounces of tequila for margaritas or 4 ounces of rum for daiquiris.
