Ingredients
4 ouncesplain Greek yogurt4 to 6 oz - I like to use plain or vanilla
1teaspoonespresso powderground coffee, instant coffee - whatever you have on hand OR ¼ cup cold brew coffee
1teaspoonunsweetened cocoa powderoptional
1bananasmall banana - cut into small pieces and frozen
⅓cupmilkany milk you prefer
2tablespoonsprotein powder1 scoop
Instructions
Add yogurt, espresso powder or cold brew, cocoa powder, frozen banana, milk and protein powder to a blender.
Blend until smooth making sure all the ingredients are incorporated.
Pour into glass or shake bottle, top with a dusting of espresso powder (if desired) and enjoy immediately.

However, if you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
