These Antipasto Skewers are the ultimate party appetizer! Packed with bold flavors from marinated mozzarella, savory meats, tortellini and fresh veggies. A drizzle of balsamic glaze adds a sweet and tangy finish. Easy to assemble and fun to eat, they’re perfect for any gathering!
Bring a small saucepan of water to a boil. Add the tortellini and cook according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside to cool completely.
9 ounces three cheese tortellini
While the tortellini cools, gather all the ingredients. Arrange your skewers on a tray or cutting board to make assembly easy.
Skewer Assembly (Can be assembled in any order you like.)
Start by sliding a cherry tomato to the bottom of the skewer, then fold the salami in quarters and add that to the skewer.
18 cherry tomatoes, 6 ounces salami
Then add the kalamata olives and artichokes, folded spinach or arugula and pepperoncini peppers.
Drizzle balsamic glaze over the assembled skewers for an extra burst of flavor.

Make Ahead: Assemble the skewers up to 24 hours in advance. Store covered in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
