CINNAMON SWIRL APPLE BREAD

Ingredients

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour an 8 x 5 inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper. Set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar and cinnamon and set aside. Whisk eggs and granulated sugar together in a large mixing bowl.

Step 3

Whisk in melted butter and vanilla extract until thoroughly combined. Stir in all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt just until combined.

Step 4

Add half of the batter to the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle about three quarters of the brown sugar mixture on top of the batter.
