Exceptionally delicious Peanut Butter Banana Bread! This incredibly moist banana bread is made with peanut butter and Reese’s Peanut Butter chips for a fabulous peanut butter flavor!
PIN IT NOW!
Earlier this week I noticed I had some bananas that were getting a little too ripe to eat. My husband suggested Banana Bread and it sounded a little boring to me for some reason. I thought about making my Banana Blueberry Bread but wanted to try something new and that’s when it hit me – why not add peanut butter? Peanut butter and bananas definitely go together and it was surely worth a try. I wanted to add a deep peanut butter flavor so I chose chunky peanut butter as well as Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips to take it over the top – and it did!
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Peel and mash the bananas.
Add in the butter and peanut butter and stir until well combined.
Add in the egg and vanilla until well combined.
Combine the dry ingredients. Add the dry ingredients and Reese’s Peanut Butter chips into the wet ingredients and stir just until combined. Do not overmix.
Grease and flour a bread pan and the pour the mixture in.
Let the bread bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing. Grab a glass of milk and enjoy! This bread has been the perfect breakfast all week long and will definitely be something we’re making again soon.
