Conversation Heart Sugar Cookie Bark
The day after Christmas my local Target was already flooded with Valentine’s Day candy, decor, and pretty much anything heart-shaped that you could imagine. It took me awhile to get out of my “Christmas is over!” funk but as soon as I did, I stocked up on all things Valentine’s Day. I need something to cheer me up after the holidays are over!
It’s taken me awhile to actually make anything with all that candy, but rest assured, fun recipes are on their way, starting with this SUPER easy Conversation Heart Sugar Cookie Bark!
When I say easy, I am not messing around. This bark takes under 30 minutes from start to finish and that includes about 15 minutes of baking time for the cookie base. The giant cookie cools and then is topped with candy melts, CandiQuik, or melted chocolate (your choice) and then it’s time to sprinkle on the conversation hearts and sprinkles!
I’m sitting here looking at this picture below and realize that Reece and Bryce were clearly picking at the edges of this cookie while it cooled. Take after their mama for sure!
What is that, THREE INGREDIENTS? Four if you count the sprinkles? I’m in. Plus this is sure to win the hearts of any and every child you give this too. So perfect for classroom parties!
So, if you’ve only got a little time before the office Valentine’s Day party or your kids come home from school telling you they need treats TOMORROW – come back here. And make these. You won’t regret it!
