Cranberry Fluff Recipe
I realize that I have developed quite a reputation for fluff recipes. I will admit that they are one of my VERY favorite desserts to make – so easy to prepare and everyone just loves them!
So far I’ve shared a Cherry Fluff, Pina Colada Fluff, and Pistachio Fluff. Today, I’m putting a holiday twist on fluff and sharing my delicious recipe for Cranberry Fluff! This dessert salad NEEDS to be on your holiday table this year.
There is so much to love about this salad that I hardly know where to begin. Like all my fluff salads, this Cranberry Fluff recipe is simple, quick to make and so, so delicious!
Made With Fresh Cranberries
I really wanted to use fresh cranberries in this recipe but realized that the overly-tart cranberries might be a little much. And then I realized that I could blend them with Dole pineapples to create a slightly sweet – slightly tart combo that would be PERFECT in this salad.
With the additions of marshmallows, coconut, and crunch pecans (optional!), this salad will shine at any celebration!

I froze the leftovers in small portions after my family left. I put them in my lunch box. It’s a wonderful frozen treat!!

Usually can’t get fresh cranberries here. Could you use whole berry canned ones?
Trish - Mom On Timeout says
The whole berry might work but I would check the freezer section first. You might be able to find frozen cranberries.
Sandy says
HI Trish,
I only have crushed pineapple and pineapple chunks, which would you suggest adding to the cranberries and which for the mix in? I was thinking I could cut the the chunks into tid bits and add the crushed to the cranberries.

Looks yummy!
Do you drain the pineapple chunks?
Trish - Mom On Timeout says
