This was the fastest pan of fudge I have ever made. Set up super fast and has an amazing texture and super yummy. I am sure the less than 10% humidity here in California helps the set up.

I have a VTech and I really like it. Works well. My only complaint would be that the earpiece and the part that go over the head gave me problems; three times a tiny piece (same one each time) of plastic broke so I could no longer attach the two parts. VTech is very good about replacing parts free within the warranty time limit but after three times I gave up and now just hold the phone in my hand. Meanwhile, back in the kitchen, love your idea for fudge and plan to make it. Although not included in your recipe, I want to add chopped cranberries or raisins.
